Can Pathways help?
Pathways Norwich is commissioned to provide advice, support and assistance to people who are street homeless with multiple and complex needs.
We are able to work with people where the threat of rough sleeping is imminent, but this will not automatically lead to the offer of accommodation.
Pathways Norwich is an advice and support service. We are able to refer to accommodation as part of the Hostel Move on Agreement.
If you are seeking support from Pathways on behalf of someone, please check to see if you have nomination rights as part of your own service within the network of providers to prevent duplication of work or a delay in resettlement where appropriate.
Pathways Norwich do have a small number of emergency beds that are reserved for verified rough sleepers only. People are verified as sleeping rough by the Pathways team on street counts and outreach. If you are at risk of homelessness please present to your local authority in the first instance and they will direct you to the most appropriate service.
